These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and QuestAnoEra ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of questanoera.com (the "Site"). The Site is an independent fan-review hub for adventure, quest and RPG mobile games.

1. About the Site

QuestAnoEra publishes opinions, summaries and curated links about mobile games. We are not a store: we do not sell, host, distribute or update any game. Every game link directs you to the official Apple App Store, where Apple's terms and pricing apply.

2. No affiliation

QuestAnoEra is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or any of the game developers or publishers mentioned. All game titles, icons and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and editorial commentary only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers.
• Scrape, copy or republish our content at scale without written permission.
• Submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material through our contact form.
• Use the Site in any way that could harm other visitors or the Site's reputation.

4. Editorial content & accuracy

Reviews and the QuestScore reflect our honest opinions and reader feedback at the time of writing. Game details, ratings and prices change frequently; figures shown in CAD are indicative only. Always confirm the current price, rating and content on the official App Store listing before purchasing. We make no guarantee that any game will meet your expectations.

5. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, primarily the Apple App Store. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The original text, layout, design and code of the Site are owned by QuestAnoEra and protected by applicable law. You may share short quotations with attribution and a link, but you may not reproduce substantial portions without permission. Game icons and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

7. User submissions

If you send us a suggestion or correction, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to improve the Site. Please do not send confidential information. We are not obliged to publish, use or respond to any submission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuestAnoEra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked third-party service — including any purchase you make on the App Store.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
